We would appreciate as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend an appointment. This allows someone else to have access to a session if needed.

If you give more than 48 hours notice there is no charge. However, if you give less than 48 hours notice you will be charged the full fee. Please note – insurance companies do not pay for late cancellations or missed appointments and you will be liable to pay the full fee.
