Life can feel overwhelming at times, stuck in repetitive cycles of the traumas of our past. Feeling lost and misunderstood, we often struggle to focus at work and avoid connecting with others around us. Our fears can cause us to feel stressed, exhausted and alone, struggling to find purpose and meaning in our lives.
We all face difficulties at times, and whilst reaching out for help and putting your trust in someone can feel daunting, taking that first step towards change takes courage and determination.

Who Am I?

My name is Jade and I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist. I have worked in the NHS and private practice for over 12 years, specializing in a number of evidence-based psychological therapies. I have a relaxed and engaging approach, putting my clients at ease with a strong emphasis on developing a trusting therapeutic relationship, enabling effective treatment for children, adolescents and adults alike.
As a Clinical Psychologist I am passionate about being able to provide you with SPACE – Safe, Professional, Accountable, Compassionate and Effective therapy. Together we can help you overcome the difficulties from your past, to live a more balanced and fulfilling life and create the life you want and deserve.
